Our Food & Packaging

All of our items are made fresh by our partner Eat Fresco. Our mission is to offer you dishes that are rich in flavors, textures, and aromas and highly nutritional. We focus on a healthy balance of flavor and nutritional value that takes our dishes to another level.

Absolutely not! We only cook with olive oil, coconut oil, and 0 calorie cooking sprays.

We never freeze our meals. Each meal crafted fresh and vacuum sealed. The shelf life is 10-14 days. The meals also include an “Enjoy by” date. This is different than an expiration date. Rather, it’s the date we’ve deemed the food will be past our rigorous food standards for sale.

While we do accommodate a range of dietary preferences, our recipes are packed in a facility that handles gluten as well as all major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, soy, and shellfish.

Our containers are all 100% recyclable and can be tossed in any recycling bin. The containers are also BPA free.

Our Machines

There is a high-powered microwave inside the machine that is programed to heat individual meals based on specific heating requirements.

Yes, it is totally safe! We use vacuum sealing which allows the meals to self-vent, and they are packaged in BPA free containers.

We optimize inventory levels in our machines to reduce food waste. Any excess meals that are unsold are donated to local food banks.

General

In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your Fit Oven order, you can reach out to us within seven (7) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item by emailing info@fitoven.com. If related to the condition of an item, Fit Oven, at its reasonable discretion, may give you a credit for the individual item or delivery, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund. We reserve the right to require either a photograph or return of the unsatisfactory item before any refund or credit will be issued.
